At Scudo Car Care, we stand by the quality of our products and aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent refund policy in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- Your order is lost in transit and cannot be delivered.
- You experience a major failure with the product as defined under Australian Consumer Law.
- You notify us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide proof of purchase.
2. Change of Mind Policy
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit or an exchange if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide photographic evidence if the product is damaged or defective.
- If required, return the product to us (return shipping may be covered in certain cases).
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Exclusions
Refunds are not available for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper application.
- Clearance items (unless faulty or defective).
- Delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
